At Shapellx®, we want you to feel confident and comfortable in your shapewear; if you are not 100% satisfied with your fit, we offer a 60-day window for easy returns and exchanges.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are unworn, unwashed, and still have the original tags and hygienic liners attached to qualify for a return.

  Start Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back for a refund or size swap.

• 3.
  Print and Pack

  Download your prepaid shipping label and securely pack your items in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Drop off your package at the designated carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
